Generally
By shopping with us, you as a customer simultaneously accept and approve all applicable conditions. Www.ibenilse.no is an online store owned by Qvist Invest AS (org. numer: 931 857 312). Qvist Invest AS is the seller of the products in this online store. The minimum age to shop at Qvist Invest AS is 18 years. All contact with the online store takes place via info@ibenilse.com.

Prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to price changes as a result of price changes from our supplier. We also reserve the right for errors in the price due to errors on the page, as well as all other technical errors. The prices may, in the circumstances stated here, be changed without notice.

Availability
All goods in the shop are either in stock or can be obtained from the supplier within 5-7 working days. If availability should deviate from this for one reason or another, you as a customer should be able to choose whether you wish to maintain or cancel the order.

Shipping and delivery:
Ibenilse.no delivers to all of Norway. All orders are sent within 1-2 working days /moday-Friday) unless otherwiaw agreed or pre-ordered. After holidays or promotions, the order processing time may be somewhat longer. The stated delievery time applies from when we ship the product from our warehouse. In case of any complaints, please contact info@ibenilse.com.

Right of withdrawal and retur:
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to return all or part of the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item(s). You can find the return form and further terms for using the right of withdrawal here. We will also ask you to confirm that you have read and understood the terms before submitting your order.

You will receive a refund no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of return. 

Incorrect, missing or damaged deliveries
Should you discover an error, deficiency or damage to one of our products, we ask that you contact our customer service, and we can help you. It is important that you notify us as soon as possible and within two months of discovering the defect (complaint).

If all or part of the purchase price is withheld without you having a claim to this, we would like to point out that interest and fees may accrue in the event of late payment. 

Personal security
Qvist Invest AS does not store any other information about the customer than what we need to send out goods. We also do not resell such information.
