Ibenilse.no deliver to all of Norway. All orders are sent within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise agreed or pre-ordered. After holidays or promotions, the order processing time may be somewhat longer. The stated delivery time applies from when we ship the product from our warehouse. Free shipping in Norway above NOK 499, - 

Delivery to Europe and USA

Ibenilse.no deliver to all of Europe and USA. All orders are sent within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise agreed or pre-ordered. After holidays or promotions, the order processing time may be somewhat longer. The stated delivery time applies from when we ship the product from our warehouse. Orders should be delivered within 2-14 business days depending on your location. Free shipping to Europe and USA above NOK 999, -

Exchanges and returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we will offer you a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you want to exchange or return your order, please contact us at: info@ibenilse.com and we will send you return label by email.  

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged when you send it back to us. The product cannot have been in use.

For Norwegian orders return shipping cost is NOK 79,- and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded if you want us to take care of the return process. You can also choose to send it back to us at your own risk. 

For European and USA return shipping cost is NOK 199,- and the return process has to be handled by us.
